MORNING POOL PASS

Available daily from 8AM to 12PM, the Morning Pool Pass sets the tone for an unhurried start. Begin your day with quiet swims, soft sunlight and the relaxed energy of a rooftop still waking up. It is the ideal window for guests seeking a slower, more peaceful poolside experience.

SUNSET POOL PASS

Available daily from 6PM to 9PM, the Sunset Pool Pass is ideal for late-afternoon swims that drift into golden hour. As the sun begins to set, the pool terrace comes to life with a relaxed, social atmosphere made for gathering with friends over drinks or an easy dinner by the water.

ARRIVAL INFORMATION

Collect everything you need for your visit at the check-in desks. Please present your Pool Pass confirmation on arrival and the team will prepare your access key and, if selected, gym access. You will also receive a drink card and a gelato card for redemption at INTERMISSION, the lobby bar.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

We understand that plans sometimes shift. Bookings may be changed or cancelled up to 48 hours before the session begins. Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. If severe weather affects rooftop operations, guests will be offered a new date or a refund.
